Developers are therefore building small new homes, often in clusters of between 100-300 homes to rent them out. Lakewood Ranch has 2 of these communities in operation (Estia and Botanic Urban Townhomes with a total of 252 units) and two under construction (Artesia & Antigua with a total of 407 units).
