The 256-unit Creekside Resort Apartments in Lakewood Ranch sold for $76 million. Creekside was built in 2015 and consists of nine apartment buildings on 17 acres. Rent at Creekside runs from $1,900 to $2,400 a month. Creekside is off Lakewood Ranch Blvd.
