Wild Blue Adds Luxury Homes to Waterside at Lakewood Ranch

The Wild Blue village will consist of 500 homes on 550 acres. Homes will start at $1 million by Stock Luxury Homes, Stock Custom Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes, John Cannon Homes, AR by Arthur Ruttenberg, and Anchor Builders. The village will feature a 25,000 sq ft clubhouse and a 13-acre park. Models of the homes will be available in late 2023, but you can learn more now at the Lake Club sales office.
