Sarasota County Approves Lakewood Ranch’s Plan for New Community

Lakewood Ranch has gotten clearance to build a new 5,000 home community called Lakewood Ranch Southeast on a spacious 4,120-acre parcel. Homes to be offered will include single family homes, townhomes, and villas. The parcel is located east if I75 and between the Sarasota/Bradenton county-line and Fruitville Road.
