Sarasota County Approves Plan for Major Lakewood Ranch Expansion

The approval of this 2,200-acre addition will increase the size of Lakewood Ranch to over 35,000 acres. For perspective, this will make Lakewood Ranch about 30% larger than Disney World and over twice as large as Manhattan.
