Proposal to add Commercial Space in Front of Savanna of Lakewood Ranch Fails

Manatee County Commissioners turned down the proposal by a 5 to 2 vote. The proposal had been to rezone 5 acres of property at the front of Savannah (on State Road 64) as general commercial.
