For a variety of reasons the number of annual home sales in Lakewood Ranch & their value are up dramatically since three years ago. Annual sales of homes under $500K are up 67%, homes $500K to $750K are up 130%, homes $750K to $1 million are up 172%, and sale of homes worth over $1 million are up 269%.
