Manatee County Is Getting Another Publix

A new Publix is planned for the planned Northchase Shopping Center on State Road 64. The location is well East of Lorraine Road and will be at 16600 State Road 64 East (Southwest corner of 64 & Uihlein Road). The Publix will be a bit larger than average at 55,500 sq ft.
