Lakewood Ranch Medical Center Breaks Ground On $120M Expansion

It will be the largest expansion since the medical center was founded 20 years ago. The five-story expansion will be done in phases and will total 170,000 sq ft. the initial 60 bed expansion will boost the center’s capacity to 180 beds. Eventually the tower will grow to seven stories bringing the facility’s total to 240 beds.
