Lakewood Ranch Lands More Fine Dining at CASTRO Project Including Olivia’s

Center Point at Lakewood Ranch, under development in the Waterside area, is a $55 million project on 50 acres. The mixed-use project will include 250,000 sq ft of retail/restaurant, a 77,000 sq ft medical building, and a specialty grocery. It will be just east of the Lakewood Ranch Blvd & University intersection.
