Brewery, Luxury Barber, Fitness Studio Coming to New Lakewood Ranch Development

Waterside Place has signed up three new tenants: Good Liquid Brewing, 3Form Fitness, and ManCave for Men. Good Liquid Brewing will be the first brewery in LWR. Previously announced tenants include O&A Coffee Supply, CROP Juice, Duck Donuts, Kore, Derek the Salon, PAINT Nail Bar, Smith Law, The Yoga Shack, and Kilwins.
