A New Assisted Living Facility Breaks Ground in East Sarasota

The facility (81 Oaks) will consist of 254 units built in three phases. The $33 million project will include facilities for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Prices will start at $4,000 per month. 81 Oaks will be located at 7850 Hawkins Road.
