1,300 More Age-Restricted Homes Headed to Lakewood Ranch

Pulte Group will be bringing another Del Webb community to the Ranch on a 724-acre parcel just east of Bourneside Blvd. The community is for 55+ and will include 15 acres of amenities. Most of the homes will be located close to a central 70-acre lake.
